Speakeasy Brought to Life

She started with a mood board and we went from there. She made the project much easier for me by helping to narrow down choices to achieve the look I wanted. A New Way of Looking at Design

"I worked with Tiffany on a total kitchen renovation that also involved the adjoining rooms (a den, dining room, hallway space, and living room), which were all existing spaces. However, we took down a partial wall between the kitchen and dining room so it looks like a totally new space.  

Our home looks like a different place.  The colors are softer and lighter, and the kitchen is so well organized and functional and actually fun to use, as I am not a great cook (haha).  I love the new colors on the walls and the furniture in the den and living room, along with the new custom curtains that just made our house come into the 21st century as we hadn’t updated since about the year 2000.  While it looks beautiful, what I love most is that is comfortable and inviting…it’s not a showroom, it’s our home!

Tiffany has been amazing to work with. She responds quickly to texts and emails and is always so gracious.  She has great contacts at various businesses to help find the right items for any renovation.  What I really love about her is that she was willing to work with some of my “quirky” requests: she added color to some walls and was patient with my indecision about the backsplash (but it turned out beautiful!!).  While she was willing to work with my tastes and desires, she also gently guided me away from what I was accustomed to into a new way of looking at design and how our home could look and feel."

A Warm, Welcoming Space

Tiffany Skilling Interiors designed a plan for the first floor our of home after a structural remodel. Tiffany and Kelly turned a large, relatively empty living space into a warm, welcoming room with comfortable seating designed for adults yet sustainable for our young children. We get compliments on the room every time we entertain, and we are always happy to refer TSI to our friends. Tiffany and Kelly are always careful to understand our aesthetic while confidently making suggestions and guiding us toward gorgeous ideas that we may not have considered before. The TSI team sets a perfect pace for your design plan. They move quickly and efficiently, yet always allow us to set the pace for each project.

Transitioning to a New Home

"When we moved into our new home, it was wonderful to have Tiffany Skilling Interiors by my side. She took measurements of all the bedrooms, helping me to decide whose room should be whose among our  children, as well as helping me decide which furniture to keep and what to buy new. We also made some changes and updates throughout the house. Tiffany took some ideas that I had of my own and came up with dreamy designs for our spaces. She then shopped for decorations (keeping my style and tastes in mind), and when she showed up at my doorstep with all her finds, we were like two children on Christmas morning! Moving with 3 kids while pregnant with #4 was stressful, and it was so nice to know I was able to focus on my family and getting them settled while she was working behind the scenes to make our new house feel like a home. We have more projects in the works and I can’t wait to bring Tiffany in again! She’s sweet, kind and wonderful to work with! We couldn’t have done it without her!"

New Energy for an Old Space

"My experience working with Tiffany was fun!  I say that because home projects can get tedious and time consuming but her energy and enthusiasm makes working on projects fun.  She is very professional, timely and brings brilliant new insight to old spaces.  We worked on a bathroom in our old meridian-kessler home.  It was totally torn apart due to structural damage and leaks. We were overwhelmed with the design.  Tiffany was so excited about the potential that it brought back our excitement for the project.

Small Changes Make a Big Impact

"I initially retained Tiffany Skilling Interiors to assist me with replacing several chandeliers and flush mounts in my house. However, after our first meeting, I quickly realized that Tiffany has a gift for recognizing ways to make small changes to a room or space that translate into significant enhancements. Ultimately, TSI helped me with paint color selection, a closet remodel, chandelier/lighting selection and placement, cabinet hardware selections, furniture placement, art placement and new furniture selection.
